MARTHE: How did you meet?
We met at Rocky View Hospital while Esther was on her day shift. A mutual friend, introduced us—unknowingly setting in motion what would later become a beautiful story written by God.
Marthe: Did you know Peter was going to be your husband the first time you saw him?
No, I didn’t know then. I believe God reveals some things in seasons, not all at once.
Philip: Who’s a better chef?
Both Peter and Esther are talented cooks, but Esther knows exactly how to finish a dish in a way that reveals its best character.
Philip: Who’s the louder one?
Esther—Her Joy has volume
Philip: How do you resolve conflict?
Peter prefers to pause and reflect before responding, ensuring his solutions are well thought out. Esther, on the other hand, addresses issues right away, valuing open conversation and timely resolution in order to restore peace quickly.
Filomena: Who’s the first person to apologize when there is a disagreement?
Esther and Peter understand the strength of apology—Peter just tends to get there first.
Filomena: Who said I Love You first?
Peter did. He stepped out in faith and said it first, giving words to a love that was already growing.
Helen: What are three attributes that make your significant partner a suitable fit for your relationship ?
God Fearing and lover of God

Temi: What does Kingdom Marraige look like to you
A marriage that is rooted in the fear of God and fully submitted to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. God is not invited in as a guest, but honored as the third presence—leading, guiding, and governing the union. It is built on mutual respect, holy accountability, and a shared commitment to honor, support, and carry responsibility for one another, all in alignment with God’s divine purpose.
Pam: What was your first impression of eachother
“When I first met Esther, I saw a woman who truly loves God—prayerful, kind, simple, and caring, with a heart full of love and grace.”
“When I first met Peter, I recognized a man of God—a man after God’s own heart, whose patience, kindness, gentleness, and love reflected Christ.”
Pam: What do you admire about eachother
Peter is a man of peace whose presence strengthens my faith. He is extremely gentle, genuine in his walk with God, and his prayers cover me. The intentionality behind all he does continually reveals the depth of his love for me.
Esther takes genuine interest in my life. She is understanding, direct, and skillfully organized, bringing wisdom and structure into everything she touches.
