In a moment of deep reflection and grief after the passing of his late wife, Peter found comfort in prayer. During this tender moment, Esther was among sympathisers, friends and colleagues that joined Peter in prayer. Over time, they became friends, checking in on each other whenever they could. Their friends shared the same conviction, affirming that Esther would be a great helper and partner to Peter. As time passed and after much prayer and waiting on the Lord, Peter proposed to Esther at her parents’ home, where she was staying. With overwhelming joy, Esther accepted.
